About The Owner
Roniesha Cleophat is the founder and owner of EVS. Born in Florida, Roniesha launched her cleaning business in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2017 with a vision, strong work ethic, and determination to build one of the leading cleaning companies in the industry.
Her passion for cleaning and service began early through hands-on experience helping friends and family with post-event cleanups and grew into a successful career in hospitality and healthcare. Roniesha has worked as a housekeeper for renowned hospitality brands, including Walt Disney World Resort, Marriott International, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where she developed the attention to detail and service standards that continue to shape her company today.
She later advanced into healthcare environmental services, serving as a Lead Environmental Services Technician at Emory Healthcare Midtown. This experience strengthened her expertise in sanitation, infection prevention, safety protocols, and maintaining clean environments in critical-care settings.
Today, her company proudly serves medical facilities, warehouses, hotels, residential properties, Airbnb rentals, event venues, commercial buildings, and more throughout the Atlanta, Georgia, and Orlando, Florida metropolitan areas.
